Support through expertise: Our services in consultancy
Our emphasis in the area of consultancy is on education and on-site support.
For on-site support, we are your competent partner in all issues relating to your business activity on site: It doesn’t matter if you have questions about the legal requirements and regulations, or you want to know about the local and cultural aspects, formalities and customs processing or the transport of your goods: We have the answers. And solutions for every challenge.
We also advise and support public and private companies as well as state-owned organisations regarding education, training and qualification in Vietnam. We also collaborate with different German educational providers and institutes.
The level of education in Vietnam is already very high – the Vietnamese government is doing a lot to ensure further improvements and enable more people to undertake qualified vocational training. The dual educational system in Germany often serves as a model because it integrates the trainees right from the start into everyday working life. This helps them to build up their professional practice right from day one.
The high demand for skilled workers in Germany means that companies are specifically looking for workers in Vietnam and other Asian countries who are already qualified both linguistically and professionally. In cooperation with Vietnamese and German training providers and companies, we advise specifically which training measures are required and which occupational groups can be trained over which period of time. However, this only succeeds if, in addition to the German language, the professional content and the allocation of hours for theory and practical training are changed. Due to our partnership and collaboration with IVES www.giaoducquocte.vn, we have access to various vocational training institutions, colleges and universities and can prepare school leavers and training graduates specifically for vocational training and working life in Germany. We are currently focusing on the areas of medicine, health, gastronomy, the hotel trade and logistics. Other occupational groups are already being examined.
